Ron

Ron has been with Craig Smith Construction since 1978, longer than any other employee. He specializes in fine finish work, and is known for his expert craftsmanship. A self-described stickler for details, Ron is usually the last guy on the job, making sure every detail is perfect. He enjoys music, camping, poker, and pool, and is the brother-in-law of world-renowned baritone Thomas Hampson. He lives in Monroe with his wife Lana.

Bill joined the company in 1991. Whether he's walking cat-like on high rafters or waist deep in an excavation, Bill is always a great guy to have on the crew. His thoughtful approach to work and life keep all of us functioning better. He likes to read, particularly Dean Koontz, John Grisham and Tom Clancy. He lives on the Issaquah Plateau with his wife Leslie.
Jim
SmithCarpenter Apprentice
Jim joined Craig Smith Construction in 2006. He enjoys finish work and has become the company's tile setter, where his attention to detail has served him well. In his spare time he likes to write, play guitar, hike, and listen to music. He lives on the Enumclaw Plateau with his wife Molly.
